Panasonic India today announced the launch of Eluga Note, the company's latest dual-SIM 4G LTE smartphone in India. The smartphone is priced at Rs 13,290 and will be available via offline retailers across the country.
The Rs 13,290 Eluga Note sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) LTPS (low temperature polycrystalline silicon) display with a pixel density of 403ppi.
The phablet is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core processor paired up with 3GB RAM and has 32GB internal memory, that can be expanded by up to 32GB via microSD card. It is worth mentioning that the other similar priced smartphones are offering expandable storage support by up to 64/128GB via microSD card.
The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Panasonic FitHome user interface.
Eluga Note features a 16MP rear camera with first of its kind triple LED flash and features a F1.9 aperture for better low light photography. The rear camera uses a 6P Lens for ultra-fast auto focus.
The 5MP front camera features voice capture, smile shot and gesture based shot.
The phablet is backed by 3000mAh battery unit.
Sadly, Panasonic Eluga Note does not include a fingerprint sensor, which has become a common feature for sub Rs 15,000 smartphones.
Panasonic Eluga Note will compete with popular sub Rs 15,000 smartphones such such as Redmi Note 3, Le 2, Moto G4 Plus, etc.
